Project Overview

A modern high rise apartment building, in the centre of Brisbane in 2000, was one for the first of the larger inner city residential towers.

31 levels of of residential and Quest managed apartments, plus 5 levels of parking. A fire Engineering performance design to deal with the architectural requirements and rationalisation of the codes was applied for egress, fire protection and detection services to deal with the potential of kitchens and smoke detection unwanted alarms.

System programming and procedures to support the detection alterations to reduce alarms are an added service for Body Corporates and operators that Ferm Engineering can assist with. Including Block Plans, Evacuation plans, training and service audits for life of the project.
