Project Overview
A fire devastated the building and the retail centre was partially demolished. The fire and services designs for the rebuild included a revised fire engineering approach. The establishment of new fire compartmentation and retails spaces to suit the client new tenants was required.
The specific design of a 10m high fire wall and repairs to structure were the key notes to the building program. Integration of new and old air conditioning, detection and alarms and the fire services were all fast tracked for the owners.
